By way of comparison with what happens in SWORD based front-ends....

In the JSword based Bible Desktop, with the RWP commentary selected,
clicking on a link ending with "f." does not go to a passage in the Bible
text, 
despite the cursor shape changing to the one for active links.

Clicking on the more normal links works OK.
