[sword-devel] ESV: Red Letter Edition Errors

Another observation related to this bug is that it doesn't seem to honour
<l> <lb> <lg> tags in the first couple of verses either.
Look at [Psa 116:1-2], [Psa 118:1-2] in r2715 against earlier stock
versions.

Perhaps there are other tags not being honoured.
