From what I can tell, some clicks in african languages is represented as an apostrophe. (Apparently, there are different clicks having different symbols) I have seen it represented by more than one unicode code point, the ascii apostrophe and the stylized right closing apostrophe
An example of this is Xhosa. I think we have a Xhosa Bible module.
