[sword-devel] Pilcrows and diatheke ?

In the KJV and a few other modules Pilcrow signs ("¶") are encoded as either
<milestone marker="¶" type="x-p"/>
 
or
<milestone marker="¶" subType="x-added" type="x-p"/>


There is no option filter in diatheke specifically designed to include these
in the text output.
IMHO, this might be a useful enhancement for diatheke.

Alternatively, the output with no filters could be patched to include the
pilcrow signs anyway.
