Is there any reason not to use small caps? I.e.
<divineName>Lord</divineName> becomes <span style="font-variant:
/small/-/caps/">Lord</span>?
For BibleDesktop we don't have span, so we use the equivalent of <font
style="font-variant: /small/-/caps/">Lord</font>. It works quite well.
