Such books tend to happen when someone stumbles over material and wants to create a book. 

I did Baxter's Reformed Pastor a while back when I wrote an essay where I used the text. I guess Baxter counts as a Puritan of sorts. It is in Xiphos' repository.

I will probably come back to the subject when I have other more immediate concerns resolved.
