[sword-devel] The repository with Russian SWORD modules

I see content ripped off from Zondervan, Brockhaus, the Russian Bible
Society, & IBS. I see copyrighted English language maps that have been
scrubbed and captioned in Russian. I don't know the actual provenance of
the RSBs, but I would guess they derive from the copyrighted OLB module.

There are also .conf problems: One module states that it uses the "KJB"
versification. Both RSBs employ "Obsoletes=RST", which ideally directs
the installer to remove our official RST module upon installation of
either of these versions. Module version dates don't make any sense.

But most importantly, there's a lack of proper source attribution and
simply saying "Copyrighted; Free non-commercial distribution" or "Public
Domain" does not make a copyrighted text distributable.
