[sword-devel] osis2mod very happily generates modules with no text visible

There are many locations in the source text where spaces were omitted.
I've been able to tackle most of these by searching for various patterns.

The following questions remain:

Is it correct for the left and right ceiling characters to be found within
words?

Or should the left ceiling always be preceded by a space (or a start
quotation mark), 
and the right ceiling by either a space (or a suitable punctuation mark)?
