[sword-devel] [mobile-devel] Bishop (Android C++ SWORD)

Just installed - can't seem to download modules and install them correctly
though.

One other critique - clicking on an "available" modele that is not yet
installed should prompt the user to install it.  Most users are unaware of
the click+hold technique to reach secondary functions on items.
