Do the Win32 editions of the SWORD utilities support av11n ?

I think the WEB module v1.8 (2008-04-21) predates the introduction of av11n
by the SWORD engine,
though the source files used to make the module would have included
deuterocanonical books.

I just tried using      mod2osis WEB > WEB.xml

Using Notepad++ XML Tools (Check XML syntax now), the resulting XML file
reports,

XML Parsing error at line 28925:
Extra content at the end of the document.

btw. Line 28925 is nowhere near the end of the document. It is the start of
Psalm 2.

So I am now wondering what might be the "extra content".

Of course, this could turn out to be a bug in Notepad++ XML Tools.
Version 2.3.1 uncode beta2 r805
So apologies in advance, if this is a wild goose chase.

PS.  (FIO) I'm trying to home in on why the WEB module has never worked
properly for "red letter display".
