[sword-devel] cipherraw bugs and osis2mod bugs

2 bugs to report:


1) osis2mod - if encryption is chosen as an option in the creation of an
uncompressed module no encryption will happen. There is no error
message. Infact the STOUT message says encryption filter is added.

2) if cipherraw is run on an uncompressed module random bizarre
characters are inserted in the text. Encryption though works.
