[sword-devel] osis2mod debugging/titles

Because of the reports that interverse <title>s are no longer showing, I
would quickly speculate that something in the osis->htmlhref render
filter has changed to ceased to render <title> tags.  That should be
osishtmlhref.cpp if anyone wants to take a look.
