What was the OSIS file derived from as an original source text?

Provenance of digitised texts is important, even for public domain texts.

There should always be a traceable path back to the person or group that
performed the digitization.
This can help when errors are detected that may have arisen from the
digitization process.

Far too often, this part of the chain is neglected when old texts are
republished on the Internet.
