[sword-devel] Localized language names - a suggestion

Troy's thread today about conf elements reminds me that nobody had responded
to my earlier post.

As this also relates to conf files, I am just issuing this reply as a
reminder for you to consider something that may have fallen by the wayside
in the run up to Christmas.
