At the first URL you provided, you will see a copyright statement:

  Bible Mapper program and all data copyright © 2005-2008 by
  David P. Barrett

So statements on a wiki (pbworks.com is a wiki provider) added by other
parties about "copyright free maps" are potentially somewhat unreliable.
