[sword-devel] Emptyvss problem

I'm trying to run emptyvss.exe  However, the only instructions on the
website are as below 

You can use the utility emptyvss to find verses in a module that contain no
text, since this may indicate errors in the module. Just run:
emptyvss <module name>
on an installed module to generate a list. 

However, I've been unable to get this to work, having tried running it from
different locations.  It comes up with an error that it cannot find the
module abn, but the abn is installed and working.  Is there anything that
I'm doing wrong or more information that I need?
