2 aspects:

1) divineName is AFAIK only used where the Tetragrammaton is in place in
the original Hebrew text
2) as such - apart from public domain texts, we do not really want to
mark up texts beyond the publisher's intentions.

So, I think in this place no divineName mark up is needed.
