[sword-devel] Xiphos 3.0.1

Released this afternoon.  This is mostly an urgent bugfix release
induced by the discovery of UTF16 incompatibility in NTFS pathnames.  A
few other bugs have been addressed along the way, and I implemented the
transliteration interface as well.

Linux RPMs and whatnot should appear, I expect, in the next couple days.
The WIN32 installer image is up on SF alongside the source tarball.
