[sword-devel] Xiphos 3.1.2 Windows Installer available

The Windows installer is now available at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/gnomesword/files/Xiphos/3.1.2/xiphos-3.1.2-win32.exe/download.

This release includes the latest SWORD (-r2494) and utilities.
As Karl has mentioned, we've gotten rid of the libgnome dependencies
entirely, as well as gconf. This greatly reduces the number of files
needed, and so makes installation faster.
There have been lots of performance enhancements since 3.1.1, which
should be very noticeable on Windows.
A packaging error was fixed, which caused problems with images with 3.1.1.
The library "glib" has been updated, which should prevent some crashes
that were occurring under rare circumstances.
Finally, several bugs in SWORD have been fixed in this release,
including several involving indexed search. It is advisable that you
rebuild any indexes you may have already had.
