Hi Troy .....

Since your commit (New Revision: 2328) earlier today, my previously 
successful mingw build now fails to link 'buildtest.exe' with the error: 
undefined reference to `sword::UTF8ArabicPoints::UTF8ArabicPoints()'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
