[sword-devel] New OSIS chapter/verse checking utility

Hi Steven,

OSIS files produced from USFM by Snowfall Software are structured as 
[Testament] | Book | Section | Paragraph
with verse numbers as milestones.

OSIS files produced by some other means may be structured as
[Testament] | Book | Chapter | Verse

I assumed you were already aware of this, but thought it sensible to mention
it (just in case).

btw. Do you intend to tag the word  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Selah Selah 
as used in 39 of the Psalms and in Habakkuk?
