[sword-devel] OSIS upload and validation facility

On the current events wiki page there is a task for an OSIS upload  
facility for UBS texts. Not sure where it is going, but I'd like to  
suggest the an opportunity for someone:

Create the ability to upload an OSIS file and a conf, once uploaded,  
both will be validated and converted to a module.

If the either OSIS or conf file is invalid, diagnostics will be output  
(e.g. the output of the validator) and both files will be deleted.

Then osis2mod will be run on the file. If unsuccessful, these files  
are deleted.

If valid, the files will be saved and mail sent to module at crosswire.org.

I think that some type of human intervention is needed before they are  
put into beta or otherwise made publicly available to ensure that we  
have no copyright or other issue.

Once this is done, it can be expanded for other types of texts, e.g.  
TEI dictionaries, OSIS Genbooks, ....
