Hello, Karl
I just tried to do just that, and I have a slight problem: after
unzipping BosworthToller.zip in the appropriate directory, it does not
show up in Bibletime. I noticed that the bosworthtoller.conf says:
MinimumVersion=1.5.11
If that is for the minimum Sword version, that appears to present a
problem: when I built Sword from SVN a few moments ago, the stated
version was 1.5.10. I did a little searching online, and Sword 1.5.11
APPEARS to not have been released yet. I may be mistaken.
I rebuild Bibletime with Sword from SVN and it works fine, but
BosworthToller still does not show up.
So I thought I would try building Gnomesword from SVN. This bailed
with the following error:
Copying file po/Makefile.in.in
Please add the files
codeset.m4 gettext.m4 glibc21.m4 iconv.m4 isc-posix.m4 lcmessage.m4
progtest.m4
from the /usr/share/aclocal directory to your autoconf macro directory
or directly to your aclocal.m4 file.
You will also need config.guess and config.sub, which you can get from
ftp://ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu/config/.
Running intltoolize...
cp: cannot create regular file `po/Makefile.in.in': No such file or
directory intltoolize: cannot copy '/usr/share/intltool/Makefile.in.in'
to 'po/Makefile.in.in'
I will be more than glad to test the BosworthToller module if you can
help me with the following:
1. If I really do need Sword 1.5.11 to use this module, how do I get if
if the most recent version in SVN is 1.5.10?
2. If I don't need Sword 1.5.11, then what is wrong on (I assume) my
end that is making this module not appear in Bibletime?
3. Help me to build Gnomesword on Fedora 8 against whatever version of
Sword the BosworthToller module requires.
Thank you,
Steven P. Ulrick
