[sword-devel] MacSword, GnomeSword and BibleTime choke on Calvin's institutes

FYI,

I just looked into a problem report regarding "Institutes" in that it 
did not work on MacSword 1.3.4. It just shows the header.

It has similar problems in GnomeSword (2.3.3-2.fc8). Clicking on many of 
the headings does not show the content but the content of a prior 
sibling or parent node.

BibleTime 1.6.5 (on fc8) spins forever when I double click on 
"Institutes" or "Institutes_1".

I didn't try BibleCS.

BibleDesktop has no problems with it.
