I may have used it in the KJV, but, IMHO, it is of no consequence, if it 
is removed.

Primarily this is because each osis document references a specific 
schema against which it is written. Further, SWORD does not reference 
the scope field for anything (e.g. osis2mod doesn't care about it and 
osis2mod does not put it in the module)
