[sword-devel] Missing modules

Hi,

The utilities seem to be available at
ftp://ftp.crosswire.org/pub/sword/utils/win32/

I think the alpha page is very out of date. A lot of the website is
out of date, and should probably be removed (moving any useful
information into the wiki first), as a lot of confusion seems to
result from out of date pages on the website.
