[sword-devel] ABU - red letter markup problem

The markup is correct, but there is a rendering error in BibleCS. I see 
two segments of red-letter text in Acts 1: vv. 4 & 7, but it should be 
vv. 4-5 & 7-8.

I'll try it with milestoned <q/> elements instead, to see if it 
simplifies processing.
