Note a couple BT glitches:
- Attempting to apply a bigger point size to the use of Padauk font, it
  had no effect until I quit and restarted BT.
- BT has no full-name language listings in the bookshelf for:
  Farsi (fa)
  Haitian Creole (ht)
  Kekchi (kek)
  Myanmar (my)
  Potawatomi (pot)
  Uma (ppk)
  Klingon (tlh)
