[sword-devel] IRC is nice

I had not seen the mibbit IRC before, and it looks nice. I've used some 
standalone clients, the firefox IRC add-on, and some crude web 
interfaces before, but on first appearance, this beats all of them for a 
simple login. I don't have any non-techie friends who use IRC, so to 
expect them to go through configuring a stand-alone client is unrealistic.

The mibbit interface looks like a good way to encourage community 
interaction. Thanks!
