[sword-devel] Building with Visual Studio

Dear Kelly,

I have recently compiled the SWORD libs on vs2008.  There should be a 
project file under the lib/vcppmake/.  The vc8 project worked for me. 
It wasn't managed (as far as I know, but I'm not a .net expert).
