I found a 1865 Malagasy translation on
http://www.biblafrique.org/Malagasy/Bible/Bible_table_matieres.htm and there
is currently no Malagasy Bible on sword. It's now in Public Domain according
to Madagascar laws (70 years after writer's dead) .

Malagasy is the main language in Madagascar and is spoken by about 15.000.000
people according to wikipedia.

Is started to work on it to OSIS-fy it. I have friends born in Madagascar
and a paper version to help me; but if anyone is working or has done any
work on it; let me know please.
