I have conducted some timing tests to quantify just how much faster the
new renderer is, see the results below
showing the amount of time it takes to push the text onto the window and
paint the display.

Note: The html renderer is the built in Microsoft renderer and the btext
renderer is my new renderer.

File: \Storage Card\John16.txt -- Renderer: html -- Timing: 3381 (ms)
File: \Storage Card\John16.txt -- Renderer: btxt -- Timing: 183 (ms)
File: \Storage Card\John16.txt -- Renderer: html -- Timing: 436 (ms)
File: \Storage Card\John16.txt -- Renderer: btxt -- Timing: 173 (ms)
~2.3 times faster

File: \Storage Card\Luke17.txt -- Renderer: btxt -- Timing: 504 (ms)
File: \Storage Card\Luke17.txt -- Renderer: html -- Timing: 1850 (ms)
File: \Storage Card\Luke17.txt -- Renderer: btxt -- Timing: 541 (ms)
File: \Storage Card\Luke17.txt -- Renderer: html -- Timing: 1861 (ms)
File: \Storage Card\Luke17.txt -- Renderer: btxt -- Timing: 514 (ms)
~3.6 times faster

File: \Storage Card\Acts12.txt -- Renderer: btxt -- Timing: 140 (ms)
File: \Storage Card\Acts12.txt -- Renderer: html -- Timing: 212 (ms)

File: \Storage Card\Acts12.txt -- Renderer: html -- Timing: 190 (ms)
File: \Storage Card\Acts12.txt -- Renderer: btxt -- Timing: 117 (ms)
~1.6 times faster

File: \Storage Card\Psalm119.txt -- Renderer: btxt -- Timing: 457 (ms)
File: \Storage Card\Psalm119.txt -- Renderer: html -- Timing: 1224 (ms)
File: \Storage Card\Psalm119.txt -- Renderer: btxt -- Timing: 465 (ms)
File: \Storage Card\Psalm119.txt -- Renderer: html -- Timing: 1232 (ms)
File: \Storage Card\Psalm119.txt -- Renderer: btxt -- Timing: 459 (ms)
File: \Storage Card\Psalm119.txt -- Renderer: html -- Timing: 1223 (ms)
File: \Storage Card\Psalm119.txt -- Renderer: btxt -- Timing: 457 (ms)
