[sword-devel] Paratext USFM stylesheet, version 2.2

I hadn't noticed the change, but looking at the changelog tells me the 
change isn't drastic, mainly additions of new markers. I will look over 
usfm2osis.pl when I get a chance, but it doesn't cover all the markers 
available in USFM as it is. Snowfall Software's converter is more 
robust, but I don't know what they have done to deal with the new 
markers. You might ask them.
