That would be quite much the same as having a theme or subject index (as
in printed books) and using it as a dictionary. Nice idea also but it is
very different to write a program which indexes every reference in all
modules than to index all modules by hand. The latter would be needed
here and I think no-one would be willing to do that.

Another possibility is to use indexes from the originals - if they have
them - and add them to modules.
