[sword-devel] Strongs tags

The format for Strong's codes in OSIS is basically:
<w lemma="strong:G1234">word-goes-here</w>

G (or H) indicates Greek (or Hebrew) and the digits represent the number.

ThML wasn't designed for and isn't really appropriate to encoding Bibles.
