Thanks for the testing.

I think the data in the raw download 
http://www.crosswire.org/sword/modules/ModInfo.jsp?modName=SpaRVG2004&tester=true&beta=true
is correct.

The ftp file is 
ftp://ftp.crosswire.org/pub/sword/betapackages/rawzip/SpaRVG2004.zip .

The mods.d.tar.gz might be outdated in case you're using the installmanager.
