There may be a problem with your note type. If you don't know the type 
of note, just omit the type attribute of the note.

The osisiDs on the notes may also be confusing the importer or 
frontends. They look like sub-verse references. Again, you can probably 
just omit the osisIDs on these.

This looks like a problem with osis2mod, but the OSIS file itself could 
use some whitespace cleanup.  There is a lot of stray whitespace, for 
example at ends of lines, before </p>. The problem in Genesis 1:2 could 
be handled by deleting changing the linefeed + tab to a single space.

No, Sword only handles the KJV's versification and will adapt texts in 
other versifications to match that system.

These aren't errors, just warnings. They indicate that your text is not 
in the KJV versification system and that osis2mod is adapting your text 
to that system.

If you believed your text should match the KJV system or if you found 
wild variations (like lots of verses assigned to the same verse or high 
numbered verses without intervening vereses), then this would signal an 
error in the text.

In your case, you can just ignore those warnings.
