[sword-devel] Update SpaRVG2004 beta module

Hi,
it takes a long time to get this module released :)

I updated the text to the latest revision. The text now also contains Psalm 
titles and red letter words in the NT. The psalm titles still need to be 
fixed to be before the verse.

Does anybody know how to import the imp format to put the <title> element 
before the verse? I don't want to write a conversion to osis xml again, if 
possible.
