No, that's the temp working directory used by the installmgr subsystem
while it's acquiring the files.  Once everything has been picked up from
the repo, then e.g. the *.conf should be moved from
~/.sword/InstallMgr/RepoName/mods.d to ~/.sword/mods.d, and similarly
~/.sword/InstallMgr/RepoName/modules/texts/ztext/Something/* to
~/.sword/modules/texts/ztext/Something/*.
