[sword-devel] scripRefs now working in SwordReader

Hi there .........

I've committed a new version of SimpleNavigator that gets cross 
references.  Few if any of these reference a specific module, so I've 
pointed them to KJV on the assumption that most if not all users might 
have this module installed.  Maybe we ought to put in a menuitem some 
time that allows users to choose the cross referencing bible module?
