The NET Bible maps (http://www.bible.org/page.php?page_id=2055) could be
a problem for transformation and coordinate translation because they're
not all from the perspective of "immediate vertical above."  Additional
data besides corner lat/long would be needed, in order to identify POV
by coordinates+altitude.
