[sword-devel] Windows CS Personal Commentary

It sounds like we have a number of bugs in BibleCS' commentary editor. 
I hope to have some time soon to jump back in and fix these soon.  If 
there is not already a bug filed at http://crosswire.org/bugs please do 
so to help my memory.  Thanks for reporting and my apologies for the 
troubles.
