This module wasn't supposed to go up yet. I uploaded the .conf, but not 
the text itself. It's gone now.

I'm still working on the WEB/HNV quote marks issue. The quote mark 
detection code I wrote was way too simplistic. I've deleted the modules 
for the time being.
