[sword-devel] Convert from GBF

There are some programs at http://ebible.org/translation/gbf.html to
convert gbf to osis and other formats.

I have a tool I wrote in python to convert gbf to osis but I don't
distribute it. Its really messy and wouldn't be easy for anyone to use
other than me. At the time I wrote it I wasn't able to use any of the
converters on that ebible.org page.
