Not sure, but these might be paragraph milestones (similar to <milestone 
type="x-p"/>). They shouldn't be pagebreaks. (But maybe that was a typo 
and supposed to be <lb/>.

These changes should be made even if x- were permitted.

I don't know if this is a good idea. I'm not sure if Troy has any plans to 
do anything at all with this data, but it would be nice to preserve the 
data indicating who was responsible for the judgments regarding Strong's 
tagging. Certainly it would be good to make it valid OSIS, but I don't 
like the idea of throwing data away.

Same as above. Maybe it's just my opinon, but it would be nice to preserve 
this data. Certainly it should be cleaned up as necessary and hidden from 
users (unless we actually do something with it).

You should have no problem here. I think this has been implemented for a
