The new ESV shows up one of the BibleCS problems that we noted with the 
NET bible: namely - the long footnotes are truncated because their size 
goes over the maximum popup size BibleCS allows.  See John 1:1 note 1 
for an example.  BibleDesktop and the Linux frontends don't have this 
problem.

With regard to KJV 2006 - the module is there on the ftp site - that's 
where I got it from - but the zips don't seem to be available from the 
link you gave.
