[sword-devel] Difficult to search for phrases that have quotation marks

My experience is that it is relatively difficult to search for phrases 
that have embedded quotation marks (either single or double quotes).

Example: find
man's wife
in ASV (with Phrase Searching, should find 7 matches)

This returns no "matches", because the text uses a "8-bit 
right-closing single quotation marks" rather than a simple quotation 
mark.

‘ = '
’ = '

Perhaps the "detagging" that is done during searches could replace the 
8-bit codes with the "simple single and double quotation marks"?
