[sword-devel] icu-sword on Linux

icu-sword from SVN now compiles straight out of the repository. (There 
were a number of problems in the SVN executable and end-of-line 
properties since it was all originally committed from a Windows machine.)

I will begin working to ensure that icu actually works correctly in 
Sword during my winter break from school.

I apologize to everyone on the sword-cvs list who had to endure my 
string of bulky commits yesterday.
