[sword-devel] New quick start for the Mac

Thanks so much for the help.  I'm working late tonight so it will  
probably be tomorrow before I can try it out.  I did take a look at  
it, and I'll probably have some specific questions on different  
components in the build which may be sort of off topic for this  
list.  Would you mind if I sent them to you first before posting them?
