[sword-devel] Conf Categories

On the module making page and on the confFileLayout page there is no 
mention of the values that are used for Category.
I think it would be good to enumerate the range of values that are used 
here as they are used by the jsp on the website and the install manager 
(perhaps else where) for classification.
Here is what I found in use today: (frequencies are the prefixing number)
2        Cults / Unorthodox / Questionable Material
20      Daily Devotional
1        Essays
106    Glossaries
